P-21: Morphological Changes of Fallophian Tube after Application of Estrogen and Progesterone during Luteal Phase in the Superovulated Mice

author

Abstract:

Background: The fallopian tube serves as optimal environment for the transport of gamets, fertilization and early development of embryo. In this study, the morphological assessment of superovulated mice fallopian tube were investigated at window implantation period. Materials and Methods: Female mice were superovualated then were mated with vasectomized mice; the mice were divided in experimental and control groups. Experimental group included five groups: 1-progesterone (P), 2-estrogen (E), 3-estrogen + progesterone, 4-antiprogesterone + estrogen and 5-sham group. The fallopian tubes of all groups were collected after 4.5 day of pseudopregnancy and were prepared for histological l studies. Results: Morphological studies of fallopian tube showed that administration of progesterone increased the number of peg cells in the epithelium of fallopian tube while esterogen injection increased the number of cillitaed cells in comparison to controle groups .also estrojen increased the high of cillitaed cells and combination of E and P increased the high of cillitaed cells . Conclusion: It is concluded that the adding of E to P may improve fallopian tube condition to fertilization at luteal phase.

P-120: The Impact of Progesterone and Sildenafil on Endometrial Ultrastructure in Superovulated Mice

Background: Implantation is proceeded by a process referred as adhesion. Adhesion requires maturation of endometrium and blastocyst to confer adherence ability to them. During IVF cycles, endometrial maturation is facilitated by progesterone administrating. Considering vasodilatory effect of Sildenafild, in genital organs, it appears that Sildenafil may have similar effect as progestrone. The a...

the effect of e-64 on the developmental competence of sheep cocs during in vitro maturation

in the present study, the effect of e-64 at different concentrations (0.5, 1, 5 and 10 µm) added to (1) the ivm medium on oocyte nuclear maturation and developmental competence of ovine oocytes, and (2) to the ivc medium on embryonic development of ovine embryos were investigated.

بررسی تغییرات فراساختاری اپی تلیوم رحم موش پس از تحریک تخمک‌گذاری با استفاده از استروژن و پروژسترون

Background & Aims : Successful implantation of blastoctcyst requires a suitable environment of uterus. Ovarian hormones are responsible for induction of endometrial receptivity. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of different luteal support hormones on the ultrastructural changes in superovulated mice in the implantation window time.   Materials & Methods : Adult male and fe...
